Filling an important gap in the world of meded podcasts

I am loving this podcast! As an aspiring medical educator, the perspectives provided by the host and her guests are super valuable to me. During residency, we get plenty of informal / on-the-job training that helps us to (hopefully) become proficient teachers, but we are rarely given training that takes our teaching skills to the next level. This podcast can help to fill the gap. Additionally, Dr. Timme and her guests provide insights that can only be gleaned by true insiders in the world of meded. Keep up the great work!
