    The first episode of teachITT is out!! At this stage in your training, the days are getting shorter, the hours seem longer and you might feel swamped by increased teaching hours and deadlines to meet! To help you through these times and the big run-up to Christmas, it might be nice to listen to why 5 NQTs love their jobs (and a couple of other random facts too)! Listen to this short introductory episode for some November motivation. You can do this!! Over the next few weeks, we will be releasing episodes to help you out with the key areas of teaching; from nailing your subject knowledge to building relationships with pupils and more !
