Jam-packed with great info on leadership

Love the interviews and all the speakers have amazing insight. Great episode with David Pich, I totally agree when he mentioned that managers & leaders that have mentors tend to perform better. Great insight!

Really interesting topic. A wide variety of guests provide diverse perspectives on the skills required for team leadership. The interviewer does a great job asking relevant questions but keeps out of the way of the guest, always keeping the focus on them and drawing on their experience.
