An inaugural event with what was supposed to be close to 4,000 competitors and what ended up having pretty crazy weather conditions. After hearing his experience we dive into how to best prepare for the worst that mother nature might throw at you. We can't change the weather, but we can prepare for it. From what to wear, to how it might change pacing or fueling strategies, we try to cover it all. Listen along so that you can be ready for that next race if the weather doesn't decide to cooperate.
