Tech Run is a monthly news letter with a theatrical a we are a company leases technical theatre equipment (sound systems, video and projection, staging, lighting and comms) the major west end productions, large scale events like hay literary festival and the Edinburgh fringe. The newsletter keeps staff updated on what’s going on around the company. The first section ‘Beginners Call’ is a resource hub, with links to key employee benefits and documents like the employee handbook. Section 2 ‘’Backstage’ has the main updates and important information. Section 3 ‘The Green Room’ has our social activities, any employee stories/causes and market place for selling personal items. Then 4 stage door- new starters, movers and leavers. 5 - ‘On Tour’ a selection of productions where our kit is being used nationally and sometimes internationally. 6 - the red carpet - who has a workplace anniversary that month and finally 7 the rehearsal room for a round up of training completed or upcoming

    Tech Run - September 2024

    The inaugural episode of the Tech Run podcast, hosted by Alex, primarily focused on updates, announcements, employee wellbeing policies, and social initiatives. Key updates included a shift in handling personal items for sale through the new Marketplace section, an option to include preferred pronouns in email signatures, and the implementation of mandatory EDI and harassment training for all employees.
