Let me open up this review by saying that Rasa Talks is More than just reflecting what is happening on Iran’s tech scene. While they are addressing issues surrounding tech and finance, they are also attempting to raise awareness that Iranians are nonetheless as bright as any other nation in the world. With that said, their website is a great place to learn more on Iran’s technology sector, specially for those who live outside of Iran and are interested in learning more of what is happeing. While tech related issues are the main topics, social issues are also explored to complement the challenges that faces young entrepreneurs. Besides their main goal, which really translates to relaying tech information to English speaking Audiences around the world, they have the potential to further enhance Iran's position which could ultimatley result in bring in internatioanl investors to Iran much faster. Here is my take on Rasa Talks in more details: Specifically: 1) In your own words, why should foreign investors come to Iran to take their next venture forward? Please elaborate on the following concerns to establish a base: __________________________________________________________________ Be creative in providing a detail map of the following data to ensure transparency to investors when addressing risk related topics: a) University and collaborations between tech/science/finance committees. b) Regulations involving new businesses including registering and operating c) Incentives offered by Financial institutions, separate by government/ semi-government/ private lenders If possible- Procedures involving getting loans, their rate, requirements and legal issues d) Market analysis including Primary locations to establish tech firms e) Demographics in more detail throughout the country, with concentration in Tehran, Esfahan, Shiraz, Mashhad and Tabriz. f) Tax laws g) Consulting services and their capabilities to further develop relationships with foreign investors in smaller scale. h) Example of statistical models to showcase a ROI Calculation on a speciifc company with funding from foreign investment.
