Bingeworthy podcast!

As a former student of Professor Diascro’s from the 90’s (she’ll always be Dr. Segal to me!), I have wanted to listen to this podcast for some time but hadn’t made an effort to do so yet. During a long drive home from Louisville to Northern Ky, I binged a bunch of episodes, and they were fantastic! I fondly remember my real-life “10 minutes before class” discussions with Dr. Segal, er, Diascro, so it was really fun to experience similar discussions in podcast form. It was also interesting to hear how much we have in common. I know from her Twitter feed, which is one of my absolute favorites, that Professor Diascro and I have similar views on political issues. But I learned, through this podcast, that we have much more in common, like our insistence that our music-to-work-by be free of lyrics! Bingeing these podcast episodes really made the drive home so enjoyable. Prof Diascro does a wonderful job of presenting timely issues in a welcoming, engaging format that makes you feel like you’re right there in the room with her. Highly recommend!

Great new show!

Dr. Diascro’s advice is invaluable. In this world where everything is virtual, the one thing I miss is being able to chat with my students in this manner. This is a great replacement for students.
