Ten Thousand is a podcast about expertise. It isn't a podcast about experts, though -- it's about the journey. Ten Thousand is a series of conversations with people at all stages, from absolute novices to world-class performers, to find out how they think about what they do and what it means to excel in their domains, and especially how what they think changes as they get more experience.
