What does ”Tenable Vibrations” mean? Tenable means capable of being held, maintained, and defended. Vibrations refer to the frequency our energy emits. High frequency is generally associated with love, joy, gratitude, and higher levels of well-being. Tenable Vibrations is a podcast dedicated to helping people cultivate and sustain peak performance across all dimensions of well-being, including relationships, spirituality, business, travel, health, financial wellness, and fitness. Each episode explores some aspect of well-being from a seemingly ordinary guest who has had extraordinary success in one or more dimensions of well-being. On Tenable Vibrations, I’ll be sharing personal stories, interviewing inspiring guests who will offer practical strategies for living a more intentional and fulfilling life.
