#3 Realizing The Lesson After Losing a Relationship

Going through a breakup is rough but how rough do you want it to be? I don't have time or energy to spend on anything less than extraordinary... so I searched for the lesson in losing someone I cared about. Why did it happen for me? What was I supposed to learn? They taught me to listen to myself, to trust my intuition. They also forced me out of my own safe place of holding myself back from pure authenticity. It's been a wild few months. But man, am I grateful for every moment. I hope me sharing this lesson helps you feel more connected to yourself and your lessons :)

#2 How To Start the Project of your Dreams

In this episode I focus on a problem so many creatives can't seems to get past. How the heck do you start a project? A new hobby? How do you make a dream a very real and present, reality? I go through my own process, as someone who has learned to work through her own internal obstacles, that has been built over years of self discovery. My hope is that by sharing my own process, I could spark some inspiration in my friends who may have some wonderful ideas but don't know how to turn them into reality. I also taste and review the beautiful spirit that is Riazul Tequila Anejo. I share a bit of the history and the unique aging process the brand uses to create it's rich yet complex Anjeo. Lastly, I take time to show gratitude for two creative souls who influence and inspire me. These two came to mind specifically because of my own project that I am starting just this month. The first is Danil Nevsky, a bartender, content creator, and consultant from Barcelona. The second is Laura Huitron Borja who was my dear friend, my work girl friend, and my chef. I explain how both these people have inspired me and continue to do so on a grand scale because of their passion to share what they love with the world. Thank you for listening!
