Terminal Transmissions has all of the components of a thoroughly entertaining, well-seasoned podcast, and it's only on its 6th episode.
Of the five separate categories that are discussed weekly (TV, science, movies, video games, Kickstarter), TV is probably my favorite. These dudes know their Game of Thrones and listening to them theorize and geek the hell out about each new episode is a lot of fun. They are funny without trying too hard to be funny, and you can tell that there is huge amounts of chemistry between the two of them that allows them to make each category just as entertaining, if not more, than the last.
For example, while Kickstarter may not be something that I'm necessarily interested in (I don't spend a lot of money backing games or products), it's still an interesting category because of the way they present it. I don't know why I'd ever care about to hear about a Keurig-style product that makes tortillas instead of coffee, but Danny and Garrett make me want to keep listening.
The quality is extremely impressive for such a new podcast. I look forward to the new episode every week and I would highly recommend it to any of my friends. Check it out--you won't be disappointed.
