I have always loved talking. My profession, teaching, affords me that opportunity, but it limits what I get to talk about, as do other things I am involved in. Suffice to say, this is my safe space where I can take the limits off and go anywhere words will take me. Just a disclaimer, things things are unfiltered, uncoated, and of course colorful.     It's World Mental Health Day

    In this episode, Tev Talks about mental health. The encouragement for this week is" Try to be the reason someone feels good about themselves, the reason someone smiles, the reason someone feels valued today! You never know what people are going through and you don't want to be the one who send them further in a hole. If you are going through a situation that prevents you from thinking straight, from functioning as you ought to or from just getting up to get to the things that should be done, seek help, find ways to get over it. Don't stay there and fight it all alone, don't be too shamed or afraid to ask for help. You deserve to get back on track! Be blessed!!!"
