    "Today we have Harlem's own, the one and only, K-Shine, come sit down on the couch for the Thanx4askin Podcast. We try to cover everything that needs to be addressed and more. Of course, we cover the obvious topics such as his strained relationship with DNA and URL, also known as The Ultimate Rap League. However, before getting into that, we had to talk about his early upbringing, influences, and what led him to become a battle rapper. We talk about what it was like being that his father was in and out of prison very early in his life and how that affected him. We go on to talk about his High school days as a battle rapper. We later go into all the wins and losses he faced in battle rapping; not many losses though. We discussed what drug dealing was like for him. This actually caused him to have several prison bids. Being tethered to the system was no doubt a struggle for him when it came to battle rapping. We cover this and so much more in this interview. This interview is a portrait of a man who has been tested time and time again and somehow always finds a way to not only survive but thrive in his situations." Racquel talks about overcoming some serious setbacks starting as early as high school. At the start of her high school experience, she became pregnant, unexpectedly. Now, faced with the stigma and hardships of being a teen mom. This episode breaks down how this wouldn't stop her in the slightest. Eventually, she received her high school diploma from August Martin High School. Moreover, she would not stop there, so Racquel immediately went right to college. Again, this transition into college life would not be easy as well. One reason for this is due in part to the fact that her high school literature was misaligned with her college institution. This made her experience even more challenging. Like before, Racquel overcame this, received her bachelor's degree, and then went on to receive her Master's of Education. eventually, she became a New York City School teacher. As most people may know, being a teacher can be a very difficult and overwhelming profession. His breakout moment came with his guest appearance on The Neptunes' compilation album "Clones" in 2003, where he featured on the track "Hot."     Today we sat down with the one and only Spigg Nice. Spigg Nice is an American rapper best known as a member of the hip-hop group Lost Boyz. Originating from South Jamaica, Queens, New York, Lost Boyz was prominent in the mid-1990s and comprised of Mr. Cheeks (Terrance Kelly), Freaky Tah (Raymond Rogers), Pretty Lou (Eric Ruth), and Spigg Nice. Spigg Nice played a crucial role in the group's success, contributing to their distinctive sound and lyrical style. Lost Boyz released several successful albums, including their debut "Legal Drug Money" (1996), which featured hits like "Renee," "Jeeps, Lex Coups, Bimaz & Benz," and "Lifestyles of the Rich and Shameless." Their second album, "Love, Peace & Nappiness" (1997), also received critical acclaim and continued their commercial success. However, Spigg Nice's career was interrupted by legal troubles. In 2003, he was convicted of bank robbery and sentenced to 37 years in federal prison. His conviction was part of a broader investigation that linked him to a series of robberies across the New Jersey area. Despite this setback, the legacy of Lost Boyz in the hip-hop community remains influential.
