Sometimes those days of feeling like a "good parent" can feel few and far between. And like you, I personally have struggled with parenting frustration, exhaustion, and even guilt. I'm a former teacher, coach and fitness instructor turned children's book author and illustrator, as well as a book and parenting abundance coach. More importantly, I'm a Christian wife and mom of two amazing young adults who, have quite uniquely put me through the parenting ringer myself.
