That’s why the teen-run organization TechForSeniors has branched out into San Diego to bridge the digital divide through hands-on, intergenerational support in multiple senior care facilities.     Since the 1990s, the Tijuana River sewage crisis in sunny San Diego has only worsened, and it hasn't gotten the attention it deserves. That’s why the teen-led club Non-Toxic San Diego stepped up to create a documentary that covers the roots of this binational environmental issue from every angle.
