Knowledgeable and fun

This is a great podcast for any type of runner. Basic concepts are touched upon and are up to date with current sports PT and performance literature. The show is fun, informative and a nice blend of running tips. As a PT, I often direct clients to this podcast for running info and entertaining running-related banter.
