YNWA listening to this podcast
Good, but too much top team focus
Good analysis and I like the Robbie’s, but unless you follow City, United, Pool or Chelsea don’t expect to hear much about your team
A good listen
For an EPL show, I think you’d be hard pressed to find a better one especially for an American audience. That being said, audio has been a common issue which really should have been solved long ago. I can’t think of any other podcast I’ve listened to that has this problem, especially one backed by a a media giant like NBC. I find the analysis overall to be quality, but it lacks depth. With 20 clubs, you can expect them to focus on the larger clubs (if you support a smaller club they may talk about them for 2 minutes every once and a while) but they tend to miss a lot of what occurs at the clubs. I notice their game analysis often misses the mark in regards to my club and many others. I watch the EPL closely and get analysis from multiple sources and the 2 Robbies tend to miss what others see. Again, it’s a lot to cover, so I appreciate the effort. It is a very solid podcast that just misses the final product but I do recommend it to any EPL fan. A diehard fan of any club could dislike it though.
Adding at the end that audio is STILL an issue. I still don’t see how this isn’t fixed. Podcasting 101
