While many have heard bits and pieces about these topics, many don’t know the stories that shaped the state and business community into what it is today. Starting with ARPA and the University of Utah becoming the 4th node of the internet to early powerhouses like WordPerfect and Novell to today’s modern SaaS companies. Customer Reviews
Great podcast!
Fun to hear all the Utah tech stories
Very interesting, but only half the story
This podcast is great at telling the stories of the leaders, sales and funding people. But overlooks the contributions of hundreds of developers who labored for years to make products a reality. Only Alan Ashton acknowledged that this isn’t all about money and marketing. There are engineers who really care about making good products and get ignored by the deal makers.
Where and when Silicon Slopes began….
I’ve heard some of these stories at a high-level, but I love the detail. I’m excited for the episodes in the future. Keep them coming!
