    Nathaniel Carroll has been a musician since childhood. He spent his teenage years wandering the Plains in search of stages to play on, making a few records along the way. Then Nathaniel took a break from music to become, among other things, a father and an attorney. In the COVID era, he descended to his homemade studio night after night to produce Panic Pandemic, a 5-track album with a lot to say. It's also a lot of fun to listen to.  - Tony

    2. Sawil - On Writing a first book (and a second)

    Sawil had never considered herself a writer...until she started writing. Her style, which emerged almost immediately, as if born rather than developed, stands out for its rawness and introspection. Sawil has more than a half-dozen ACSAS cohorts under the belt at this point and, as of November 2020, is working on her second book.
