Informative and Fun!

Risa and Steve, I so appreciate all the industry knowledge you have to share, and the fact that you‘re taking the time to put it out there for everyone is just amazing. A new acting coach I worked with out of Seattle recommended your podcast to me, and I currently live and work in Germany and England, but so much of what you guys discuss applies across global industry, and that is so cool to me. I can‘t tell you how many notes (often just mental notes, but all the same) I‘ve taken and how intently I listen to your podcasts, so please keep it up! I hope to be out in LA or NY sometime in the next year or so, and when I am, I will absolutely take a class at BGB! Also, the two of you make me laugh a lot while listening, and I love that you keep it interesting and personal - so cool! Thanks guys!

Inspiring and practical

Often inspiration and practicality do not go hand in hand. The focus on working on ones craft in a consistent and multifaceted way is an honest approach that is simultaneously inspiring because no one has made their acting goals a reality by being passive. Thank you very much for giving it to us “straight” yet not dampening the artistic joy that emanates when you love what you do!
