    What is Reparenting? And Why It's Important for Your Mental Health

    My Morning Routine Is Not "It Girl" Approved and That's OK

    And I'm proud of it. On this week's episode, I'm back and come pleading: can we please stop with guilting people over the morning pages, the journaling, the meditation, the drinking lemon-infused water, and the yoga? Your worth is not dictated on how productive you are nor how aesthetically pleasing your day is. So what is a good morning routine, then? In truth, life is messy so let's not get lost in the ideas that social media puts forth.
