Welcome to The Adaptation Games, a Hunger Games Podcast where we are taking a look at all of the Hunger Games books, their adaptations into the film series and their place in the media landscape. Join Kels and Ash as they analyze how the creative teams condensed the novels into films and how themes come through in the context of the series as a whole.     Join Kels and Ash this week for one of our craziest episodes yet. We give our review of The Odyssey as an adaptation (which was over an hour long and which I had to brutally cut so shoutout to Anne Hathaway and John Leguizamo), discuss our new toxic lovers Haymitch/Seneca, see Gale’s next steps in his 007 story, are introduced to Spider-Man Katniss and make some new bets about what to expect next time.  Also know that we aren’t trying to hate on the script.
