Lauren is such a lovely podcast host. I appreciate the variety of guests and episodes she offers. Lauren and her guests offer grounded insight ideal for those navigating their spiritual path.

I read about this podcast on Facebook and looked it up on Apple Podcasts. I randomly picked an episode to listen to, and it happened to be one in which Lauren did a card reading. I’d never heard this done in a podcast before. So cool!!!

Lauren Grace is the markedly gifted founder and host of the Afterlight Podcast and she’s the real deal. Our conversations ranged from two friends swapping stories to genuine spiritual coaches lifting and healing one another. One of the main reasons Lauren is so magical is because she’s completely transparent about her own journey—what she’s learned, what she’s learning, and what she wants to learn. And when you have what she wants to know, WOW. Her questions are thought-provoking—even for an expert! Lauren is deeply committed to her journey and the journeys of each of her listeners. Every single time we spoke, the air crackled with Spirit! If you want your life, your soul, your being to grow and blossom, start at the beginning of her episodes and listen all the way through! I just wish I could give her the whole galaxy instead of a mere five stars …

Lauren, I value your kind soul and interview style, and have enjoyed this podcast tremendously as it was the very first I had discovered when my soul was seeking spiritual guidance. I am writing this subsequent review with the purpose of providing some much needed feedback. I understand you have been much busier since diving into your mediumship, but the podcast is suffering in my opinion. Most episodes are repeats, and your solo episodes feel quite uninspired. Perhaps a bit of a podcast hiatus is in order to refresh and regroup? I searched for a direct email to send this privately without success. I will continue to support and listen. Blessings 💟
