    After a summer pause, I’m back with one of the most personal episodes I’ve ever recorded. I wasn’t sure I would ever share this publicly, but I feel called to open up about my lifelong journey with body image, bullying, eating disorders, and the constant cycle of losing and gaining weight. In this episode, I share the truth behind my recent 20-pound weight loss, why I chose to go on a GLP-1 under medical supervision, and how it has impacted not just my body but my mental health, relationship with food, and overall sense of freedom.
