    Stop doing exercise you hate and start making what you love into exercise.

    The fitness industry is notorious for the infomercials and marketing making each and every exercise program the answer to  your prayers. Except, most of the exercises are not fun to do and you end up hating them. Lucky for you another program was just released and this one will work for sure. I hope you are picking up on the sarcasm.     Why your doctor doesn't have time to treat your diabetes

    Many live under the notion that doctors know everything about every disease and the most up to date treatment methods for all! Wrong. Your doctor barely has time to have lunch before the next 12 patients arrive, so no, they did not see the latest article on low-carb helping reverse diabetes or how polyunsaturated fat can be very helpful for the body.
