What an extraordinary find! I am digging The Animation Network (TAN) podcast immensely. I'm not in the industry (I wish, but at nearly 50 it's a little late to be making a career change now), but am a rabid animation fan. Chris and the rest of TAN do a wonderful job providing helpful information to industry professionals and newbies, without using terms of art that might make the podcasts confusing or inaccessible to casual of fans. (As an aside, thanks to TAN I now know what it means to "animate on ones or twos.") Also, while Chris's networking advice is geared to the animation industry I've found it to be equally applicable to other professions - sound advice is sound advice. So, if you have even the slightest interest in the making of animation and the wonderful artists and professionals working in the industry then do yourself a favor and plugin and listen.
