Jerrell is a Baltimore based fine artist. A childhood desire for art was held captive until his 20’s. At that point painting quickly became his vocation. After making the bold decision to make art his business, he stepped away from two jobs so that he could get his first formal artistic training at Maryland Institute of College Art.
