Girls Be Like I Needed This...

Welcome back, Athletes! Winter Olympics 2026 really was for the girls. This week, Kennedy takes us through the final moments in Milan Cortina - including the giggle heard round the world by the most decorated freestyle skier on the planet, Eileen Gu. Then it’s on to iceskating with the performance of a lifetime from Alyssa Liu. The impact of her free skate touched the world and got her to the gold exactly the way she wanted to do it. The sheer joy and the camaraderie between the figure skaters was exactly what we all needed. In hockey news, the US women’s hockey team took home the gold over their heated rivals, Canada. Laila Edwards became the first Black woman to play for the U.S. Women's National Hockey team AND take home the gold. Get your 2026 Bingo Cards out, because the US women's hockey team has even been invited to celebrate in Las Vegas, and Flava Flav is footing the bill! As we do our own closing ceremonies, you'll definitely want to stick around because Kennedy has some hilarious Olympic-themed shot clock questions for Jenna. Send us your answers! Then in the world of women's basketball, the WNBA announced that rev sharing would be part of the new CBA agreement. As negotiations continue there, Unrivaled is ramping up for their upcoming championship weekend. Your two favorite co-hosts will meet you in the huddle again next week! Arrivederci!
