    As World Cup Qatar 2022 comes to a close, I wanted to talk about the greatest of all time: Leo Messi. Messi has had an incredible career and also a supreme performance in the recent World Cup and I can't help but talk about it. "Leo" has not only made an impact in my life and the way I play the sport, but also for millions of fans all over the world; regardless of what teams they support. I realize that there are many people who may not understand the gravity of Argentina's accomplishment, and hope this episode might put things in perspective.     The No Judgement Foundation was founded and organized by Destiny Williams to help those in need who are overwhelmed by the struggles life can bring. The mission of the foundation is to provide aid to not only children preparing to tackle another school year, but also to alleviate the pressure parents and other adults might be experiencing when trying to make ends meet. Today, I talk to Destiny Williams who is a friend and former guest of the show to go in-depth about her foundation and what she is ultimately trying to accomplish. Destiny has taken it upon herself to make giving back a part of her life's work, and I for one am a huge fan of someone becoming the change they want to see in the world!     Episode 34: Back To Life! Exercising Gratitude!!

    I've recently been afforded the time to nurture my relationships with others and myself with a recent schedule change at work. Since I was 15, I never had a schedule that jived with my loved ones and therefore would rarely be able to invest time in my relationships with them as I should. With things the way they are now, I find myself spending quality time with others and doing things that allow me to keep myself mentally and physically healthy. This episode doesn't so much pertain to any particular topic, but stands more as a recognition of gratitude. Gratitude is something I need to practice more of, so with this episode I'll do just that.     I can hardly believe that I've already been practicing as an EMT-B for a year. This is a great opportunity to give my thoughts on how my journey has been taking shape and talk about some aspects of the job that I felt to be important. Every job has it's pro's and con's, you just have to find what you can live with. I can say that I feel this career path is a step in the right direction and is definitely a fitting piece to a bigger puzzle. Here are my thoughts after a year as an EMT-B.     It's the most wonderful time of the year! Motorcycle season is upon us and I've been having a lot of conversations with people about all kinds of motorcycle stuff. That said, I thought it'd be a good idea to give some tips to those looking to purchase a noble steed of their very own. BE FOREWARNED: I use the terms "risks" and "consider" often and I misspoke when I said most people don't modify their motorcycles; Most actually do, but mods probably shouldn't be a point of focus if you're just starting out your journey as a new rider. Otherwise, I feel this will be a very informative and time-saving episode for anyone looking to get their knee-down in the exciting world of motorcycle riding. Safe journeys y'all!
