    If you haven't heard of Brady before, you're in for a treat. This guy is a powerhouse. Mentally, emotionally, and physically. I met him when he came out to do the Power Project Podcast and started following him after.

    Unfortunately/fortunately he fell and busted his wrist a few weeks later. This was right after I'd separated my shoulder AC joint. I was really impressed with the way he handled his rehab and it matched my thoughts exactly.

    So, I figured the best option was to grab him for a masterclass on how to rehab any injury effectively. This conversation did not disappoint.
