161.2: You're Not Supposed to Like It (w/ Mark, Jake, & Landry) Part 2

Most of the time, we play video games to be entertained. But can the medium do more than that? What happens when a video game intentionally make you, as the player, feel uncomfortable? This week, Mark from Quick Play and Jake & Landry from The Bitcast join us to discuss how intentional dissonance can be a powerful way of telling stories and creating interactive experiences.
[This is part 2, where we discuss our main topic. See part 1 for our introductions and backlog reports.]

Down to earth/humble/practical

This is a fun and interesting little podcast I’ve been listening to for the past couple years now. Helpful in how and how not to practice stewardship with video games and well as other things. Good at being bad at brevity and that’s ok.

A lot of fun

Not a show that is going to yell at you for buying a game but one that will remind you to find balance in your life . . . while playing a lot of games. Somehow that really works. Check it out!

Insightful, humble gamers-something we need more of

Just started listening, and already love the humility these guys show as they discuss different games, and game-related issues. Really looking forward to more episodes!

I also love how long the episodes are, so keep that up as well, haha.
