Really important insight

If you are familiar with ACT, Danny’s podcast will help you do the work and give you reminders on how to keep it up. The podcast is short enough to listen to on the drive to or from work, or both! Lengthy podcasts lose my attention quickly because I have to stop in the middle and the loss of continuity is just annoying. Keep up the good work. As your listenership grows and you reach more people, you are sharing more good with the universe.
