Mantra and Chants

This is a very informative episode.
I have been interested and enjoyed chanting since my first introduction of chanting at a UU church.
My knowledge of this subject is limited and this episode gave me insight how I can dive deeper.
If you have even a mild interest in mantras and chanting, I recommend that you listen to this podcast.

F***ing perfect

I am very new to yoga and this is exactly the type of information and dialog I was looking for, and was previously unable to find. Thank you so much and I can’t wait to keep learning in my own practice but also from the podcast.

Ps As a recovering catholic I have a visceral response to anything that too heavily resembles cults/dogma/religion and this podcast has made me feel like having that preference/thoughts doesn’t exclude me from yoga.

Let's actually talk about it...

Thank you, Sarah! Can't wait for more!
