I could listen to this trio talk all day...and I do! Since discovering this podcast a few weeks ago I've been binge-listening to the entire library. I started out by cherry-picking my favorite topics but wanted more and have begun listening to every episode in order (I would suggest you do the same). You might start out by listening to an episode on fasting, but the next thing you know you're 20 minutes into an episode on the flu and you can't turn it off. It's been delightful to listen to the friendship of these 3 guys develop and I love the unique perspective they bring to the show. The resources they gather for each episode and the way it's organized on their website is a thing of beauty. This is definitely one I'll be coming back to again-and-again as I feel like it's truly adding value to my life and helping me get a little better every day.
Engaging topics and conversations
The podcasts always picks up a great topic to talk about. The quality of the podcast is great that includes the conversations and technical stuff like sound etc. Ian, Darell and March bring a unique set of perspective to each topic because of their varied experiences in life. They research the topic really well along with sharing their personal experience/struggles on the topic. I do wish the episodes were a bit shorter (approx 60 mins)
