These episodes are meant to highlight the person of Jesus, our loving Father God, and Holy Spirit whom the Father has sent.     The Gospel of Matthew presents Jesus as the promised Messiah of Israel, blending His miracles—like healing and casting out demons—with structured teachings such as the Sermon on the Mount (chapters 5-7), parables about the Kingdom (chapter 13), and the Olivet Discourse (chapters 24-25). It highlights key moments like the Beatitudes (5:3-12), the Lord’s Prayer (6:5-15), and concludes with the Great Commission (28:18-20). A central thread is the growing tension between Jesus and religious leaders, culminating in His strong rebukes. Overall, the book emphasizes Jesus’ ministry, death, and resurrection, and is believed to have been written in the mid-first century (around the 50s–60s A.D.).
