Get rid of the heavy breathing
Really love the content of this podcast, but the heavy breathing (heard especially loudly in the latest episode about Somerville) makes it borderline unlistenable
Finally some real, real estate content!
Love that there is a podcast on commercial real estate now. The two organizations doing this podcast are great for the industry. I hope they come up with more than one a month. Good stuff!
