    Back for Series 2 with a fantastic tale of preordained greatness through naming but which was achieved through hard work and an unusual route. This saw our Guest receive a Bronze Medal 5 years after the event and appear at the World championships after a couple of practice sessions! Absolute pleasure to welcome an Olympian, masterchef competitor  and top man to the Bindpod. He claims no fear on the sled hurtling down hill at 200 km/hr but does not think he would last a week as a retail agent!! In my view best described by his former coach when he retired : "He was 'Mr Bobsleigh'. Everything he did, he did for the good of the team. He had a big presence in the squad and was respected by all his team mates and the staff, both on and off the ice. For me, Bruce Tasker epitomises what is required to be a bobsleigher. He is a true professional, a true athlete and, more importantly, a true gent" Hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed talking to the big man - No doubt welsh rugby let one get away here.

    A Valentines day special with " Little B"  the eldest of the Binddottirs and crashing onto the scene with @Ice,pups. Just because she is a little leaguer dont write her off she joins me in talking zoom calls, moon falling from the sky and why you must never give up.     An emotional journey from my fantasy land of Fiji to launching a new business in lockdown via some large speed bumps on lifes road. I promise you will never watch City of angles in the same light again. I hope you enjoy this catch up with a real gem of a human Samuela Matakibau - Matty. Early on I call him a " Hope Giver" and when I heard his amazing story I was very moved and his perspective on life is simply incredible.  We explore the power of belief and leaving your headphones at home and again the importance of belief in his success and life in general.     The journey continues.  Today I caught up with the legend that is Fran Cotton.  A dominant force on the rugby field , a titan of industry and a top top man. As well as this father in law to my best friend Ken/Ian and grandad to Charlie and Benny all of who get mentioned in the pod. We talk Lions tours, orange smoke in Workington and the importance of people skills before ending with a bit of politics and #BINDFIT product placement.
