Mitch explains how it is our civic duty to become more involved with the government. If we would have preserved the right to trial by jury in the constitution Mitch figures we would have to spend 3 weeks per year seeing what the government is arresting people for. This implies that thousands more judges should be functioning in the legal system. As President Mitch will work to develop a database for herbal supplements so that we can see exactly what natural remedies work. He will also create a commission for nicotine and marijuana as a transition towards separating the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. Mitch also addresses online gambling by publishing total percentage paid out of money taken in on slot games as a way to deter addiction. Mitch closes by talking about how the electrical signals in the brain may be affected by wireless waves and cause chemical imbalances.

Mitch challenges Billionaires and multi-millionaires to a test of their intelligence. This test would be developed by Mitch and his team and not the institutions and governments these wealthy people fund. Mitch wants to set up a van outside of the Capitol building in Washington D.C. and sell military M.R.E.'s or meals ready to eat to politicians. He's looking for support from the military in this endeavor and hoping they can provide him with a place to park the van and a supply of these military rations. Donations from this fundraiser will either go to the national investigation, Perroscope, or Duel.us. Mitch talks about how social media used to be a form of mass media and led to the Arab Spring. Then they introduced algorithms which may simply be a guy at the NSA named Albert Gorithm. Finally Mitch ends the episode talking about a program he details on the plotm.com website entitled "Cause Paws". The program aims to find the root cause of some cancers. He wants to organize a way for pet owners to ensure FDA approved food chemicals don't cause cancer.

Mitch talks about his belief in nature as his source of faith and how if you want leaders to stop making backroom deals you have to keep them out of back rooms. In capitalism love is expressed through gifts, allowances, and payments therefore a denial of a payment is an expression of hate. Wealthy people who dodge their taxes actually hate the government and the nation it governs. Wealthy people who support the for profit media system are employing terrorism by bringing fear into people's living rooms. AI may actually classify the rich as terrorists that hate the government and the nation. Mitch also talks about his plan for bottom up bailouts if he is elected president. A capitalist government should aid companies that fail in transitioning to new management teams and forming new entities instead of bailing out the management teams that failed to identify risks or evolve the company.

These can then be scanned on a device that connects to the internet in no way. Then the paper ballots can be stored for 20 years by the government. No elected or appointed government official should receive any form of compensation other than their taxpayer provided salary. Any campaign donation should come with no strings attached and both parties should be aware of that. Elected officials should be barred from owning stock. Elected officials should not be allowed to sit on boards of companies while in office. No elected or appointed government official should own a business in Washington D.C. unless it is a hotdog stand. If a United States citizen owns a non-U.S. bank account it can be assumed they are dodging their tax burden or engaging in other malfeasance. Mitch will set up a hotline for reporting U.S. citizens with foreign bank accounts and gear the IRS toward investigating these types of individuals if elected President.
