    Black Sheep Experience EP: 6 (Rodney Anderson)

    Anderson had a standout high school career at Texas football powerhouse, Katy High School in Katy, Texas. Anderson saw his first varsity action as a true freshman in 2011 due to some upperclassmen injuries. After winning the 5A state title as a sophomore in 2012, he would go on to be the number one feature back in 2013 and 2014, making the 5A state finals both seasons. Anderson amassed 5,493 career rushing yards on 603 carries, which remains (as of 2020) number one in total yards in school history. He originally committed to Texas A&M University to play college football but changed his commitment to the University of Oklahoma. As a true freshman at Oklahoma in 2015, Anderson played in two games and had one carry for five yards before suffering a season-ending broken leg. Before the 2016 season, he suffered a neck injury which caused him to miss that season.Anderson returned from the injuries to rush for 1,161 yards on 188 carries and 13 touchdowns in 2017. In the 2018 Rose Bowl against Georgia, he rushed for 201 yards on 26 carries with two touchdowns. Anderson was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the sixth round, 211th overall, of the 2019 NFL Draft.

    In 2010, Sean founded his company, Self Diploma, where he spent over a decade working in the music and entertainment industry. With this business he has produced concerts and festivals but has also managed a diverse range of talent. This business later pivoted to focus on consulting with big brands as well as providing creative services, brand development and digital media. Sean remains active in the entertainment industry and values the influence that hip-hop and music in general have on industries across the globe.   Sean is a founder of "The Warehouse" a collaborative entrepreneurial ecosystem. Through this, he provides influencer insights, production and other creative services to Fortune 500 companies like P&G. He also serves as a co-founder for an all natural sports drink (@Thirtydrink) that is currently chasing scale across the country. Sean serves as a board member for the Andy & JJ Dalton Foundation, who's mission is to provide daily support, opportunities, resources and life-changing experiences to seriously ill and physically challenged children and their families in Cincinnati and Fort Worth. He previously partnered on a software company that was designed to lead influencer marketing at scale. In a short amount of time, the brand exploded with such capability that it was seized by Instagram due to its competitive leverage. Sean is passionate about protecting & connecting creative talented entrepreneurs and wouldn’t leave his office, if it wasn’t for the true light in his life - spending time with his wife, Hana, his son, Nash, and daughter, Lila. His family is the most important thing in his life so it isn't a surprise to catch them at an event or meeting with him.

    Coming from Elsmere KY. E The Profit has a new but easily digestible sound. His mixture of word play, metaphors, and cadence draw listeners in while his effortless flow and eye catching videos keep them attached. This young artist had a big year in 2021 after dropping many singles and his debut “E For Effortless”. It’s clear that E only plans on having a bigger and better 2022.

    Black Sheep Experience EP: 3 (Isaac Hamlin)

    Isaac Hamlin was raised in Independence, Kentucky which is a neighboring city to the flagship location of his first business Better Blend. His passion has always been competition, starting with a love for sports at an early age. After graduating high school, he was accepted to the University of Kentucky to play collegiate rugby where the idea for Better Blend was hatched.  In 2017, Hamlin lead his rugby team to their most successful season in the school's history, leading the team in points and concluding his senior season first team ALL-SEC. One day, he realized that his pre-game meals weren't providing the protein, vitamins, and minerals needed for optimal performance. That realization mixed with an understanding that the world is gravitating towards meals that make them look and feel their best; Better Blend was born. In 2018, Isaac Established Better Blend Nutrition LLC and started construction of the first Better Blend with help from his family. Providing meal replacement Blends & Bowls. Keeping the menu simple and focused on quality, taste, and healthy. What started as a dream is now a multi-million and multi-state operation. Isaac is in the process of developing national franchise expansion. Isaac is an industry disruptor in not only the health food market but also the fast-food sector, revolutionizing the way people see fast-food.
