Cate White - Experiments in being yourself
These letters are Cate's experiments with the difference between her and the world, and between you and the world. They are like Charles Ives piano miniatures - seemingly unconstructed, apparently without guile, and apparently modest. They are, of course, extremely well constructed, filled with the best kind of guile - the kind that makes you want to love the world - and modest only in their size.
The best part of these letters is that they aren't poems or literature. Cate is a well known sculptor and painter from Northern California, and these pieces are an extension of her powerful work. Check 'em out.
