Chelsea somehow manage to play well to a tired Manchester City but it wasn't enough as the Stamford side bows out of the tournament. How on Earth did Manchester United not loose that match??? VAR...that's how, as Haji Wright's aura was allegedly offside.
They also cover a few of the Premier League matches that went on over the weekend before Ron's rant on his favorite blue streaked striker, Nicholas Jackson. 
All this followed by news from around the other european leagues; including Bayern Leverkusen winning the budesliga title! this ends Bayern Munich's 11 year winning run.  Is Harry Kane Cursed?
 

This is a jam packed episode with all the craziness that goes along with the Premier League winding down to a three way chase for the title. It's also crazy at the bottom of the table, who will get relegated and will it stand when the PSR rulings come out. Chelsea tops Man United then draw to Sheffield...United loose to Chelsea then dra Liverpool. Are we in the upside down?
For the beer news, Ron has a fun history quiz for the lads for National Beer Day. This one is sure to test you beer history knowledge!
Ferris then wraps us up with the USWNT winning their 7th (5th in a row) She Believes Cup as they top Canada in penalties after extra time!

During the second week of the international break, seemed like a good time to deep dive the PSR (Profit & Sustainability Rules). Ron gives Blake and Ferris a detailed update on the Nottingham Forest appeal, Leicster City's fight against the Premier League and the EFL, Everton's "double Jeapoardy woes" and Manchester City a year after the 115 charges were handed down.
Ferris goes over the USMNT being crowned the Kings of CONCACAF in this edition of the La League a's Roundup.

While Blake is in North Cakalacky (Carolina), FOP Anthony fills in as host. There is a good discussion about the tight race for the Premier League title and just how miserable the bottom of the table is. Chelsea pull out a win over Newcastle and Man U aren't playing all that well despite their spot in the table.

Ferris and Ron anchor this episode with Blake having been called to work. Thankfully, the guys don't have to hear him wax poetic on Arsenal's 6-nil drubbing of Sheffield United. Who wants to hear all that??!!
Ferris is duely humbled by the Manchester Derby as Manchester is blue; Liverpool leave it exteremly late to take care of Forest and Chelsea snatch a draw from the jaws of a loss they should have won.
