As strength coaches, we constantly strive to better others so much that often times we neglect our own wellbeing, consciously or unconsciously. But that isn’t healthy, am I right? Why not take an opportunity to receive for change? The focus of this podcast is to give a deeper insight of what it means to be a strength coach, discuss topics that some might not be too familiar with outside of our specific field, as well as uplifting coaches by providing a platform to talk shop. Coach DB313 ,

Necessary!

Coach E, definitely a great podcast. So many coaches that have skin in the game that look like me. It’s necessary when navigating a field that doesn’t always seem like there is room for you. The advice, knowledge and experience overcoming obstacles that they have is priceless!
