    Managing Change W/ Earl Breon

    Managing Change W/ Earl Breon

Listeners, we had a slight pivot this week as my planned guest had a schedule conflict come up. SO, I'm going to share with you a high level view of how I coach folks through managing change. This is a very high level view, the actual process takes much longer than 30 minutes, but you will get the point.

We are still on for Jim Bouchard next week as our close out episode, though, so be prepared for a good time there. Chat with y'all then!

Coaching Character W/ Coach Gary Waters

Coaching Character W/ Coach Gary Waters

Coach Gary Waters defines a character coach as someone who lives a life with integrity, honesty and moral values. He speaks specifically on how the sport of basketball has been riddled with scandals in recent years on the high school and college levels; and how the governing authorities are committed to repairing the reputation of college basketball. His book Ten Principles of a Character Coach addresses many of the issues that young men and women are experiencing in the athletic arena today. Coach Waters believes character and values need to be a high priority in those individuals tasked with guiding young people, as well as themselves. Furthermore, he is convinced that following the principles within his book will benefit anyone in developing their character.

You can find out more about him at coachwaters.com or contact him directly via phone at 216-905-7524

Gets the best out of each guest!

I have been a guest on many podcasts and the Burden of Command stands out. The host, Earl Breon, is a terrific interviewer. He probes but doesn’t take over and has obviously done his background research. The result is an interview that drew out my best. Not an easy feat!
