Driving climate action in business travel: GBTA Sustainability plans for 2023

GBTA’s Sustainability Initiative – a program managed by the GBTA Foundation – focuses on driving climate action to create a future where global business travel can be done with a net positive impact on the planet and its people. As we move into 2023, GBTA Vice President, Mark Cuschieri, sits down with Jenny Sabineu, Chair of GBTA’s Sustainability Committee and Delphine Millot, GBTA Senior Vice President for Sustainability, to discuss priorities and concrete actions planned for the year ahead.

The discussion centers around current needs of business travel professionals around sustainability; GBTA’s plans to address these – including building capacity, driving cross-industry alignment, and advocating for clearer standards on emissions reporting; the push for low carbon transport infrastructure and solutions; and the benefit of radical collaboration across the global business travel industry.

Great content, terrible audio

I like what the GBTA is doing going into the podcast arena; however, a lot of work needs to be done to ensure listeners can hear what is actually going on during the podcast, and not be straining against technical audio quality issues.
