Everybody has their challenges and her own have included Cerebral Palsy and Depression. As far as she’s concerned writing is the best medicine and she couldn't live without it. What began in college as a personal outlet has developed into a platform to make a positive impact on the world. Nav encourages everyone to find their voice and share their story because he believes that fear and cynicism cannot thrive once we truly understand one another. Sarah fell in love with novels when she was a teenager reading her aunt's historical regency romances.
