    Karla A. Fraser is a current expat, global educator, educational consultant, expat career coach, & entrepreneur. She is also the founder of Roseapple Global, LLC. Her story to date includes being a third culture kid (TCK) in Jamaica. Karla has lived in six countries (USA, Jamaica, United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, Commonwealth of Dominica, and Singapore). She has worked in five countries and traveled to 45+ others for tourism and cultural enrichment. 

    In 2019, Karla officially expanded her portfolio by becoming an expat career coach and entrepreneur by founding  Roseapple Global, LLC (www.roseappleglobal.com). The accumulated experiences over the nine years internationally have equipped her with the in-depth knowledge needed to prepare and guide aspiring, new, and continuing expats. 

    Most recently, she was a location independent entrepreneur in SE Asia for 8months. Currently, she is in Dhaka, Bangladesh continuing her purpose and passion for working in higher education.

    Molika recently launched her podcast “The C Factor” on Apple podcast, Spotify and I heart radio.  An upbeat podcast where she connected with 16 women professionals from 11 countries in lockdown to find joy and connection. 
    Molika is also a patent licensing expert and has earned a double Master’s degree holder in Biotechnology and Patent Management from Chicago Kent College Of Law, the second oldest law school in the state of Illinois, and has worked with Fortune 500 American companies.
    Molika is also a co-author in the upcoming book "Redesign Your 9-to-5" published by BMcTALKS Press which is slated to hit publish in Fall, 2020.
    She lives in beautiful suburbs of Michigan, USA, is addicted to drinking Indian ginger tea, loves Bollywood dance, is an avid book reader, and can spend her entire life in the City of Chicago.
