Excellent podcast, went straight to my therapy library

This podcast did an excellent job compassionately explaining the research behind weight loss. I added it to the server at the behavioral health clinic I work at- I think it will be a great resource for clients looking to lose weight

Transcends strictly the numbers aspect of weight loss and management

I binged all three episodes straight when they came out. Max does such an amazing job tackling SUCH a complex, and often misconstrued, topic. What’s best is he delivers the information and advice in a way that is easy to understand and he gives the WHY behind everything. His personal journey is inspiring and I recommend this to anyone, regardless of your weight goals, because this is the sanest and most self-loving approach to a topic that is often filled with shame, stigmas, and feelings of inadequacy. In particular the last episode, this spans well beyond healthy eating and dietary/exercise habits...and is truly finding a way to accept, appreciate, and love yourself.
