ONE WORD: DRIVER

In this podcast, Rich finds a way to turn a seemingly simply concept into a way to truly transform the lives of the individuals he works with. It is clear from these episodes that these individuals have genuinely endured a path altering change of mindset and a level of growth that they can carry throughout the rest of their journeys. I experienced this first hand when Rich helped me discover my one word, Driver. This is not just a word, but a mentality that I have carried with me throughout my acceptance and experience at Vanderbilt University. I am impressed by Rich’s authenticity, a quality that is often not easy to achieve over a recorded podcast, and am excited to see what else he has in store.
