    In this week’s episode we discuss success, and how the definition of it is becoming increasingly subjective. Hustle culture and getting the “grind” has become glamorized and although being self-employed and turning hobbies into money looks like the ultimate dream, it isn’t always realistic. We share our challenge with finding the balance between “living it up” in your twenties while also being financially conscious.

    T’is the fricken season! On this week’s episode we share our Christmas traditions. Whether you buy a real tree, a fake tree or cut down one in your own backyard, every family does things a little bit differently. It’s no surprise our favorite traditions revolve around LOTS of food and drinks :) We discuss some of our Christmas faves- the Jim Carrey Grinch is ELITE. No further questions. So put on your festive pajamas and have the happiest of holidays!

    Ep: 36 Healthy Habits For The Holidays

    Food is arguably one of the best parts of the holidays, and we want to discuss how we can still enjoy those mashed potatoes and gravy, while maintaining a healthy mindset. This year we are trying to eat intuitively by listening to our bodies when they tell us to eat more stuffing or maybe saving space for dessert :) We want to emphasize giving ourselves grace and focus on enjoying time with friends and family because for us, it is simply not worth stressing over.
