    Eat More

    No, this is not a 20 minute long podcast dedicated to the Eat More chocolate bar (though I do take that tangent for a minute or two). This week I'm telling you about how I went from being a believer of "eating less and running more" to achieve the "ideal physical aesthetic" to realizing that the answer to getting the aesthetic I've always wanted is to eat more! And lift weights. (And do cardio for my mental health.) But this episode goes through how I went from years of eating 1200 calories a day to eating 2000+ calories a day and I've never felt (or looked) better.

    Half Marathon: My Physical and Mental Prep

    Last weekend I ran a half-marathon (I'm only half crazy, not full crazy) and it was the probably the best race I've ever done. I didn't get my best time (but I was close and it's eating at me a bit but that's a different story) but it was physically and mentally the easiest I've ever experienced and I'm telling you all about it and how I prepped for it in today's episode.

    Why I Don't Watch Scary Movies Part 2

    If you haven't listened to the last episode, maybe listen to that one first. It will make this episode make a whole lot more sense but you still might find me equally as nutty (even with the back story). The underlying message in these episodes is that I do not do well with scary movies. The kind of "scary" that could actually happen in real life. Also, if anyone knows the ex-boyfriend I am referencing in these episodes, I would love to get his side of these stories because I don't know how he couldn't have thought I was absolutely mental.
